   @emacification really? I agree the push with the flush was a fast thought move, but if he had called with the 4′s, there is absolutely NO chance of that hand making it to the river.

    shoulda been an easy fold for Kopp. (esp with the re-raise). far 2 many chips left and way too close to the win to shove with such low flush cards. unless he wins it 1 year, that’ll haunt him 4 the rest of his days. a bad bad play.

    in response to ihateuutube: once again you show your inexperience to the game. If you think A10 suited is a bad hand at a 6 HANDED table then no wonder you think Ivey has no chance to win. He knows that Robbins has very few blinds left and was shoving with anything. The vast majority of the time not only is A 10 the favorite 6 handed but especially against a desperate short stack. Learn the game before you diss the game’s best.

    it is actually quite an easy fold.. Billy opened 3x or there abouts and got a caller by the big stack.. were i were him i would be thinking my opponent has 2 high cards possibly suited.

    the only thing he could beat going to the river was a stone cold bluff

    No Darvin would lead out and Kopp would probably (or should at least) tank a bit trying to figure out if his baby flush is worth a call.

    Actually if Moon made a mistake in this hand its raising Kopps bet, because, Kopp is a definate skilled player, maybe a little LAG, but there are several pros who can play aggressively and do it quite successfully. By raising he puts himself into a possibly nasty position if Kopp shoves, if Kopp had a fullhouse he’d be drawing dead and lost 2/3s of his stack.

    lol, did you watch the other hands Moon plays, when he’s raising he almost always, got a hand, not a draw, that’s why I think a top pro would lay down that hand to the raise. A shove is basically saying I hope he doesn’t have a fullhouse and will fold his flush.

    Moon has smooth called with big pocket pairs before, and even pros may not 3bet 99 there and Moon generally plays more snug than most, plus he’d be OOP, especially against a big stack who raised from UTG.

    Check folding seems a big weak to me, Darvin could easily have called OTF with just a king or a flush draw himself, but after the board paired and Darvin raised, there’s really nothing Kopp can beat, except for a complete bluff and so I’d say either call the raise or fold and I seriously think folding is better here.

    it is an easy lay down and the worst part is he raised preflop with the 5/3 diamonds if he checked the turn i doubt he would have reshoved on the river

    there were about 12 combination hands that could have had Billy Copp beaten and with 3rd in chips it was a crazy play. that close to the final table where the payouts go up significantly thereafter

    It would have been hard to fold that — but, that close to the final table with his big stack …. you GOTTA let that go. that was unreal.
