Me and my friend Joyce, who is a professional makeup artist, decided to do a quick last minute LADY GAGA makeup tutorial. It’s a little crazy cuz we didn’t plan much. There is a dog barking and people coming in and out of the house as well as her roommate making tattoos in the background- it was crazy and fun! Hope you enjoy.
