If it is the old style machines, you have to stake out the casino and see what days and times they are paying out, but with the more modern slots, just don’t play them. Play video poker instead, I made a video about that also.

Here in Finland the gampling is regulated and only the states own company called RAY is allowed to have a real gampling business.

Now the head of this company is a finnish minister that governs Finnish gampling and betting (among other things). So RAY pretty much has a monopoly for the business.

The thing is the minister once in a public tv news admitted that the slot machines are rigged to return 75% in winnings. That’s stated by the governments gampling law I hear. So yea, they’re rigged.

Slot machine are not random, they are pre-programmed to payoff. They payoff a certain percentage, they do not payoff until they’re collected a certain amount of money.
