   I could understand if Jamie Gold were playing the way he is if he were drunk, but the guy is stone sober. He probably has a pretty good game at smaller tables, but he is clearly out of his league here.

   Yeah. It can. It can take you a month or two sometime to rebound from taking a major loss. Just look at the video were Gus hanson said he had to play for one month and just had broke even from his big loss. Good players, don’t always play in there limit. Sometimes they do take risk. Poker is a risk to begin with and yes it is luck. All the skill in the world doesn’t mean you will lay down four of a kind to a higher 4 of a kind. Sometimes u are beat and can’t lay down. It is luck. Can take weeks

    one suckout should not set you back for months — if that’s the case you are playing way above your bankroll, which is something a good player wouldn’t do to begin with.

    Yeah. That’s true. But- you can take several unlucky beats and that can take you months to rebuilt from one suck-out. A lot of players- a lot of pro’s- will tell you that they seem to constantly break even.

    I’ve been playing online and live for twelve years. You have your highs and your lows but honestly- they come evenly. So it’s more luck than skill- seriously. There’s no such think as a great starting hand besides pocket pairs- and that’s only the high ones.

    70 percent luck 30 skill.

    sure, a lot of it is luck(like i’ve seen pocket kings vs pocket kings all in and one of the players gets a flush.) On a long enough time line though you will get to see who the more skilled player is. I hope you understand this.
