High Stakes Poker Season 3 Episode 2

Mike “The Mouth” Matusow and Shieky square off in some trash talking as Jamie Gold tries to muster up some winning after a hard first episode, but when squaring away with legendary Doyle Brunson who bets the perfect amount on the river, Gold loses a 6-figure pot and Shieki tries to take the Mouth for a ride, but it doesn’t fly when he’s holding a four and deuce. And for the first time, Kaplan sits down to play with this all-star table, as Negreanu and Benza take the announcing responsibilities. How will Kaplan fair in his first bout on HSP? Gold gets up embarassed, but he plays bad poker. why shoul they spot him, if he’s just going to play any hand.
I feal sorry for Doyle. He looked like the bad guy.

when people always defend their big blinds it’s really annoying though, makes it harder to tell what they have and it always confuses me if. but thats just me

because we all go bust at some point. when you’re flush and lend out money you are collecting markers that you can cash in when you need to. it’s not philanthropy nor anything to do with transaction costs

Y do poker players always borrow and loan out money to each other? Do the players who take the loans not have enough money in their bankroll to play the game? Because surely they have loads of money and they can just buy chips through a transaction straight from their bank account.
