    About the durrrr/lederer hand, the thing you don’t understand is that it was a set up, durrr knew he didn’t have the best hand but lederer is a nit (a player affraid to take risks). So, honestly, it doesn’t even matter what 2 cards dwan had before the flop to make that move. Obviously he didn’t get the result he wanted (a fold preflop by lederer) and ended up winning the hand at showdown. It’s only a matter of perspective!
