A tricky spot for Raymer and he elected to make the actually less risky play of moving in first on the flop

Because he wants to take down the pot right away. If he does get called, then he he gets two chances to hit his outs.
that wasn’t a bad play from raymer.. with his flush draw and two overs.. he was almost %50 to win that pot
